Facilities at ACTCO

At the heart of ACTCO is our state-of-the-art, 3,500 ft² environmentally controlled inspection facility, maintained at 68.5°F +/- 1.5 to ensure optimal measurement accuracy. Our equipment includes:

  • The latest Touch Probe CMMs running PC-DMIS software
  • OGP Multi-Sensor CMMs with advanced Zone3 software
  • A range of video systems and probing systems, such as OGP Avant & SmartScope, Brown & Sharpe Chameleon, and UHA XCEL

We also maintain legacy systems for compatibility with older jobs.

Evolving with Technology

We invest continuously in new technology and software, keeping our processes and capabilities up to date with industry advancements and standards.

Our equipment is capable of handling everything from simple routine measurements to complex, 100% First Article Inspections (FAIs), as well as statistical studies like Gage R&Rs and capability studies. All measurement data is traceable to NIST standards, and our reference standards are calibrated every five years.
