Non-contact Video Inspection

We utilize a wide variety of non-contact(optical) equipment which allows us to select the most appropriate type and design of system to inspect your parts efficiently and accurately. With these non-contact systems, extremely flexible or smaller parts are not a problem.

Note: All our co-ordinate measuring systems have 3-axis measuring capability. X, Y & Z are actual measurement travel. Resolutions range from 1 micron(.000040") to .1 micron(.000004"). All have SPC output available.
