We currently have two contact inspection systems for the inspection of those parts which, because of size, shape or customer request, require direct contact inspection. With these systems, your part can be inspected directly from a CAD file (.stp or .igs formats), and we can also produce CAD formatted output files based on your parts.

Note: All our co-ordinate measuring systems have 3-axis measuring capability. X, Y & Z are actual measurement travel. Resolutions range from 1 micron(.000040") to .1 micron(.000004"). All have SPC output available.
